Born and raised by 3 generations of woman entrepreneurs and chefs, food has always been the center of my life. As a chef, business owner, and wine specialist, I recognized that creating an exceptional table experience was always key to my previous successes.

With more than 25 years in the restaurant industry, I have built and set up multiple iconic restaurants in Vietnam - which have collected international accolades along the way.

 

I was the first woman to become a member of the Disciples d'Escoffier Vietnam in 2010, knighted by the Commanderie de Bordeaux in 2013, and received the honorable title of Chevalier de l'Ordre du Mérite Agricole in 2019.

RECIPIENT OF THE ORDER OF AGRICULTURE

Ms Nguyen My Giang Huong (Tin) is a proud recipient of the prestigious Ordre du Mérite Agricole (Order of Agriculture), promoted to the knight in the Ministerial Order of Agricultural Merit by order of July 14, 2019.

This award is recognition by the France government of her dedication and her outstanding services rendered to agriculture and her great contribution to the development of relations between Vietnam and France.

The Order of Agricultural Merit (French: Ordre du Mérite Agricole) is an order of merit bestowed by the French Republic for outstanding contributions to agriculture.
